Recessed light channel Design: VENICE-E-F is a narrow, rectangular light channel comprising a recessed carrier profile in natural anodised (-NE) extruded aluminium with longitudinal rim to cover the sawn edge, gear tray in extruded aluminium, white powder coated with RIDI LED modules featuring extruded optics and covers made of extruded UV stabilized PMMA. RIDI LED linear modules fitted with mid-power LEDs for outstanding efficiency. Operating in conformity with SELV, the LED modules are pressed over their entire surface onto the aluminium base profile for optimum heat dissipation. Light colour 4000 Kelvin (840), other light colours on request. An opal satinised cover (OS) and an optical control cover with microprisms (MPS) are available. The luminaires come in a 1, 2 or 3-length version. End caps must be ordered separately (see accessories). Gear trays can be mounted at any optional position in the mounting rail. Spring catches for fastening in the carrier profile. The LED modules have been fitted to the ends of the gear tray with LEDs, eliminating any shadows when mounted in continuous runs. The luminous densities of the different lengths are practically identical, allowing the different lengths to be combined at will for continuous mounting. Units with 3-circuit lighting tracks are designed to accommodate spotlights. For blank areas within the light channel, dummy luminaires are available. These are covered by natural anodised sectional extruded aluminium. Electronic converter for LED, 230 Volt, 0/50-60 Hz, wired to electrical adapter with phase selection by means of sliding contact. Suitable for direct voltage operation and use in central battery systems. Mounting: Carrier profile with key holes for permanent fixture spacing or mounting fixing kit and with T-groove to accommodate lengthways sliding fixing elements.
